
In trial-mode for my new methodology! So far I see a great learning curve from both facilitator and participants. Using the perspective versus prospective panels, allows for self-reflection and projection from current organizational scenarios towards a vision of better practice, enabling current capacities and experiential knowledge. As for me, I keep on shaping and adjusting the method and my skills to apply it!
