I'm looking at ways to evaluate the performance of a Community of Practice (internal to a public sector department) and wondering if members have any tips on this? ie what could be a measure of the value created by a CoP?
I have looked at Wenger's work but haven't been able to find anything that really spells out in monetary terms what the value of CoPs are.
