Hello All,
I am very interested in being involved on some level, but not sure how or where yet. I am currently working with the Canadian Forest Service helping them work towards more effectively sharing knowledge within the organization. At the same time, I am finishing my master's thesis which is on gendered knowledge of global biodiversity and how this knowledge is captured and transferred by NGOs and TANs, and how (and if) it eventually informs the international law body governing global biodiversity, namely the Convention on Biological Diversity or the CBD. If anyone has experience to share, I am willing to listen.
I worked in Africa and in Latin America with various NGOs from 1984 to 1991.
