The consultant is required to 

- develop a knowledge management framework for information on regulatory excellence and cooperation with a focus on the outputs and documents of the Working Party on Regulatory Cooperation and Standardization Policies (WP. 6) http://www.unece.org/trade/wp6/welcome.html

- develop a promotional and communications strategy to enhance the effectiveness of outreach and communication to the audiences for WP.6's work - including a revised organization and presentation of material on the web site (in conformance with existing UNECE web site guidelines)

-  support the initial implementation of the above, taking into account existing material 

- develop brief guidelines and templates and provide training for staff for implementation of the knowledge management framework and promotional strategy
