Dear Colleagues:  The above captioned Consultancy came to my attention today. It is an area that I am very much interested in having championed and developed a Youth in Development Programme that addressed Youth in Business at the Caribbean Development Bank.  I am seeking a Spanish speaking individual who will be able to address those Latin American countries listed in this TOR.
