1. Knowledge by its nature is invisble, how can organisational and individual knowledge be visualised to help people navigate knowldge environment and act on it better?
  2. I think tacit knowldge is the most valuable type of knowledge which can be used by organisations as a strategic resource for competitive advantage. This is because it is content specific as it is accumulated during work routines and developed from experience therefore tends to be unique  and difficult to imitate.Is this true?
