Intersection between Open Innovation and Knowledge Management

I think an this is a very interesting question that has not yet been observed by literature. The connection of KM and inbound Innovation has been mentioned numerous times. The connection of Open Innovation Processes and KM in a Web 2.0 environment however is not as clear as it seams.
