The International Security Sector Advisory Team (ISSAT), a structure recently created within the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), is organising a one-day workshop on introducing and integrating knowledge management platforms and systems in our organisations. The workshop will take place on Thursday, March 18th.
The purpose of the workshop is for participants to learn about the challenges and opportunities of introducing and working with knowledge management systems in our organisations: What are the dos and donts? Have there been success stories? How can we get buy-in from potential users so that they use and benefit from such systems?
The format of the workshop will be entirely participatory and the workshop will be facilitated. The discussion will be based on success stories and case studies. More information available in a workshop announcement and agenda.
There are still a few places left to participate in the workshop. Interested to participate? Please write to Nadejda Loumbeva at nadejda_loumbeva (at) yahoo.co.uk to reserve a place and/or request more information. Please do so asap. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!
