Event Description

This one-week course focuses on turning individual knowledge into organizational knowledge and how to create systems for learning and problem solving. Course topics will include the OL cycle, innovation and idea management, human resource planning, change management, and institutional capacity building. This course is designed for personnel working in health and development institutions as well as donor agencies and civil society organizations.
