Event Description

This course will cover the fundamentals of KM as well as the steps individuals and teams may take to design and implement a KM strategy. Course topics will include conducting knowledge assessments, knowledge generation, electronic document management, Web 2.0, communities of practice, and knowledge protection. This course is designed for personnel working in health and development institutions as well as donor agencies and civil society organizations.
