Supporting conversations and participation – KM4Dev Volunteers help facilitate and moderate the community’s main discussion space, the KM4Dev Global Group. They support healthy dialogue, help onboard new members, and keep conversations inclusive, relevant, and constructive.
Each year, the KM4Dev Volunteers Steward runs an annual moderation poll to coordinate the monthly facilitation schedule. Two KM4Dev Volunteers are typically assigned each month to:
- Approve and organize incoming messages;
- Keep thread titles clear and conversations collegial;
- Encourage engagement and help maintain a welcoming tone.
This group is open to all KM4Dev members who wish to support community facilitation or technical upkeep. We are always looking for new volunteers to help facilitate our community.
