Steering KM4Dev together – The Core Group is a volunteer body that helps guide KM4Dev’s overall direction, priorities, and well-being. Core Group members coordinate across initiatives, support continuity, and steward the community’s values and evolution.
🎯 What the Core Group does
- Help shape KM4Dev’s strategic direction through collective reflection and dialogue with the wider community.
- Coordinate the management of KM4Dev’s shared platforms and tools (Dgroups.io, website, KS Toolkit, KM4D Journal, etc.).
- Support the organization of community events and initiatives.
- Address operational or technical issues as they arise.
- Document meetings and decisions transparently — see the meeting notes.
💼 How the Core Group works
- Meets monthly online (KM4Dev members may join as observers).
- Shares meeting notes openly for transparency.
