- Monitor implementations for progress compared to plans
- Gather evidence of beneficial impact
- Control the release of resources for new phases
- Communicate with stakeholders and retain their support and involvement
- Learn from past activity to feed into new plans

Good post. I am finding that evaluating the business value for any KM initiative to be essential. What I am discovering is that without a firm understanding of what the stakeholders perceive to be of value it is very difficult to create and retain support.
